Weaver Food Group is a specialist food manufacturer in Northland that can service clients all over New Zealand. Operating to the highest standards and audited frequently by QAS, NSF and MPI, we take food safety extremely seriously.
We know that starting your journey towards launching a new food product can be a daunting task with many unknowns. Our team is here to support you all the way, providing advice and recommendations to help you get to your goals faster. We love unusual projects and exploring new concepts and we’re happy to do small runs to commercially ‘test out’ a product.
Using the very best equipment, including Moffat Ovens, Metos Bratt Pans, Starline Washlines, and Rexmoi Dryers and Dehydrators, we can work with you to contract manufacture almost any food product, from a carton load to a container load, and every size in between.

Let us take the hassle out of your kitchen operation, saving time and money with bulk prepared produce, sauces, wet mix dishes and more. The possibilities are endless in both chilled and frozen, including:
Peeled, portioned, sliced and diced fruit and vegetables to your specification.
Bulk cooked mixes using your recipe or ours: products in chilled 1kg or 3kg pouches such as mince bolognaise, chicken curry, beef cheek ragu, and more
Frozen or chilled meal slabs such as mac ‘n’ cheese or beef lasagne
Par cooked and chilled/frozen vegetables such as broccoli portions

Packing
Our team can take your finished or partially finished product and package or repackage it in a range of different ways using our state-of-the-art packing machines.
We have the capacity to pack over 10,000 trays a day via our tray-sealing line featuring a variety of tray sizes – from single-serve meals with dual compartments to large family trays.
If you require a pouch product, not a problem. We can package it with our vibratory weighing machine and automatic heat sealer with digital date encoder. Even granules, powders and loose products, from 20g up to 2kg, are a cinch.
